Type word ´breakfast´ to Google search and it shows you plenty of fried eggs with bacon and toast,sausages
croissants,bagels,pancakes,waffles and some porridge and cereals as well.That´s the typical breakfast for most of the people including me.Now,let´s talk more about nutritious and healthy food that is easy to prepare,and can become part of your morning routine.
Commercials are trying to convince us,that cereals are the best and healthiest meal to start a day.I´am not
any nutrition consultant,but i can tell you that early in the morning,i don´t have strong feelings to oatmeal porridge or bowl of cereals :) Only thing that I can get inside my stomach at 7-8 am is smoothie,that I prepare in 10 different ways.It depends on my mood.Here is some ideas how to make your breakfast special.Enjoy <3
banana,lingonberries,coconut cream
kiwi,pineapple,banana,cofee+coconut milk
banana,blueberries,raspberries+turkish yogurt
banana,kiwi,cranberries+coconut milk
pear,grapes,red currants+greek yogurt
Then few hours after b-fast is time for snack.Most often I choose something salty,and rich for proteins,for
example egg-salad or tuna salad,and fajitas always works if there is someone else to eat with me..Don´t be
nut and get yourself something tasty as a snack ;)

caesar salad with avocado,cherry tomatoes and pine nuts
eggs with bacon slices and steamed zucchini
again egg-salad with chopped nuts,spring onion and avocado
my favorite:steamed carrots,lettuce,avocado,pine nuts and eggs

beetroot,sunflower seeds
And then there is a weekend when I let myself to eat whatever I wish.Yes,waffles with cream also.You cannot avoid this food in real life,so try to include them into a healthy and balanced diet and you will win!
