Movie Saturday and a homemade pizza

    Saturday evening and a good movie..wait-wait!Something is missing,yeah that´s right,we need
    something to snack on!What about making our own pizza?With some ready made dough,rest of the
    process is easy-pick your favorite ingredients and let´s start!

 Since I love mozzarella cheese and rucola,I made a modified version of Pizza con prosciutto di
 Parma.If you have a chance to buy frozen pizza crust,this takes you no longer than 15 minutes.

 * optional pizza crust (4pcs)
 * tomato sauce (4 tb spoons)
 * Parma ham or prosciutto
 * grated cheese
 * mozzarella cheese-sliced
 * cherry tomatoes
 * mushrooms
 * rucola(arugula)
 * oregano(dried)

Preheat the oven on a 250 °C.Allow the pizza crusts to defrost at a room temperature.Spread over the tomato sauce-1 table spoon would be enough for 1 crust.Then you can start with adding a grated cheese parma ham,mozzarella slices,tomatoes and mushrooms.I prefer larger juicy pieces so I have only sliced tomatoes in half and mushrooms into quarters-this way it keeps the lovely flavor and you will enjoy every bite :)
Throw in the middle of an oven for 7-10 minutes,as soon as the cheese is melted and the corners are browned-you can take it out and spread some rucola leaves over.Serve hot and flush down with some
good white wine!

Guilt-free zucchini lasagne

After a long long time I am releasing this wonderful recipe for a carb-free lasagne.No,there is no pasta,
and yes-it tastes great!With mozzarella cheese and sour cream it turns out to be fantastic :)

You will need:
*olive oil
*minced meat
*tomato puree
*onion,garlic
*black pepper,oregano
*bay leave

*zucchini
*sour cream
*grated mozzarella cheese
*parmezan

Get ready..
 § Start with basic lasagne sauce-heat the olive in a hot pan,cut the onion and crush the garlic before
   frying together.Season with bay leave,pinch of oregano and little bit of salt and pepper.Let the onion
   to soften until golden.Place the mince in the middle of the pan and stir to break it up.Add the tomato
   puree and let it cook out for 30 sec.
   Continue until meat has browned nicely.Finally,add the water(milk if you prefer)lower the heat and let
   shimmer for about 1,5-2 hours.

  When the sauce is nice and thicken,set it aside and peel both zucchinis.Then slice them with a
   cheese slicer for example ;) Put small amount of sauce to a bottom of a baking dish and place
   few slices on the top.

--> Spread some meat sauce on it..

Add the few spoons of sour cream,then grated mozzarella/parmezan,or both like i did :))

And continue until you fulfill the dish.Finnish with a layer of cheese and sprinkle with some
black pepper.Bake 25-30 minutes on 200dgr until golden brown.

-Voilaa-

ready to enjoy <3

Another healthy meal ideas

-Omelet from the oven

Whisk few eggs,season with salt,pepper,dill-add shrimps,dried tomatoes,sliced leak and
cheese and throw to the oven for 15-20 minutes on 190dgr.
This recipe has so many variations,basically-you just mix some eggs with whatever you
like,and the result will be great!

I have made two omelets in mini baking dishes,they are my favorite from now on :)

Roasted broccoli & cauliflower topped with parmezan cheese and Viennese onion

I boiled broccoli and cauliflower in a hot water for only couple of minutes,placed on a baking
dish,seasoned with little salt and black pepper,sprinkled with a parmezan-let it bake for 20
minutes and topped with Viennese onion-which is sliced,floured onion fried until golden brown.
Oi,and the final taste is unique!

I hope you enjoyed the recipes,and find the way to kitchen as well
