My first meatloaf !

If you are a meat-lover and never have enough of meat this recipe is great for you!Easy to make
and even easier to eat. Here we go :

Ingredients:

* 500g minced meat(beef or pork)
* 5 eggs
* bacon-sliced
* bread crumbs
* 1 red onion
* 1 tbs of red pepper
* 1-2 tbs of marjoram ( can be replaced by oregano as well)
* 2 cloves of garlic
* some black pepper and salt
* + 3 large carrots and 1 large sweet potato as side dish
* butter

Preparation:

1. In large bowl mix minced meat,two eggs,chopped onion,pressed garlic,2 tbs of bread
    crumbs,salt and pepper and tea spoon of mustard.Mix everything with your hands.
    Put 3 eggs in water to boil..:))

 2. Preheat oven to 220 dgr. Put a large piece of folio on a kitchen desk and shape your mixture in
     square like on the picture below.Then peel the eggs,and place them on the top of meat-dough.

3. Roll the meat around the eggs with help of folio,and shape nice loaf with your hands.It should go
    easy. Then sprinkle the whole loaf with bread crumbs and wrap it with bacon slices.Place in oven
    for 10 minutes,then lower the temperature to 180´C,cover(with aluminium foil) and bake for
   another 30-40 minutes.

4. While the meat is in oven,prepare a side dish..peel carrots and sweet potato,cut in sticks and
    spread on a baking pan covered with baking paper.Season with black pepper,salt and slice some
    butter on the top-this gives unique flavor to veggies ;) You can place this into the oven under the
    meat,it only needs about 30 minutes.

5. After the meatloaf was 30 minutes in an oven,take it out and cut in the middle,so you can see if
   its well done.If no,bake without cover for few minutes still.

6. Ta-daaa,we are done! Cut into 2cm big slices and serve with veggies,and maybe some cream
    fresh <3 Enjoy!
